Revenue definition

The reported revenue totals add up. But the agreement defines ARR differently, so we need supporting revenue schedules before using it in the covenant.

A review that fits
how you work.

Bring one past loan review. We build around your documents, checks and reporting format.

Your data and access

We agree who can access the data, where it stays and which models can be used. Security and compliance requirements are assessed before each pilot.

Your checks and output

We map your loan terms and review criteria, then prepare the output in the format your analysts already use.

    Who can access it

We define permissions, reviewer approvals and the records your team needs to keep.

  3. 03

    How we test it

We check the accuracy, time taken and cost against a review your team has already completed.

Security and compliance requirements are assessed for each pilot, jurisdiction and use case.

About the demo+

The PAR review uses curated public filings available on 3 March 2025. Its loan was repaid on 30 January 2025. The monitoring animation uses a separate fictional loan, credit memo and quarterly reports. Both examples need analyst judgment; covenant conclusions require the full lending record. You can also read text-based PDF, Excel and CSV files locally and confirm their mappings. Production integrations, saved records, live company search, OCR and automated legal interpretation require further work. Use public or synthetic files in the demo.
